Our state-of-the-art contact center provides a variety of in-bound call support. Call center team members take back-to-back, incoming customer calls and provide customers with general assistance before, during and after their rental.

Positions available include sales and customer service as well as roadside assistance.

Although this is a part-time job we are happy to consider applicants looking for temporary summer employment.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and teachers.

  • Experience in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigational skills is preferred
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred
  • Must be motivated with strong work ethics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Technical requirements that must be maintained at all times for any work from home position:

    •A non-wireless USB headset. A USB headset is required to be compatible with the phone system
    •Broadband/high speed internet delivered to the home via a wired connection and a wired connection to the PC/Laptop inside the home. ISP Speeds: MINIMUM: 2MB upload 5MB download. RECOMMENDED: 5MB upload, 10MB download. PING below 70
    •PC/Laptop: Windows 7, 8 or 10, 32-bit or 64-bit. 4G RAM (minimum) 8G RAM (preferred) with 5GB hard disc space available (or greater). Core i3, equivalent or higher. Ethernet port or network adapter (for wired connection), Windows personal firewall
    •Install/use the Company provided anti-virus software. When connected to VPN anti-virus policies are governed by UHI. When not connected to VPN anti-virus policies are governed by the user. This is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance requirement.

    The following are not allowed for any work from home position due to security, compatibility or performance concerns:

    •A wireless internet connection. A wireless Internet service (Ex: mobile hot-spot/tethering, satellite, last-mile). Windows XP or Vista operating system. A Celeron or Pentium processor. A rental or public computer/laptop. A public internet connection. May not have any other anti-virus programs installed/running other than the Company provided anti-virus software. Using non-work related programs while working.

    This is a part time position, must be available to work at least 25 plus hours a week. Ideal candidates will have an open availablity.
    (25 hour availability does not mean you will work 25 hours a week)

    Senior Agent - Customer Care (Posted on 08/09/2017)
      Our Customer Care team assists customers with general questions or customer service related issues while also monitoring and responding to customers on social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter. The Customer Care Senior Agent will be responsible for monitoring, coaching, and assisting team members on the Customer Care team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of online chat communication and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
      This position requires initially working in-office at our Central Phoenix location. The position will require working weekends.

      Job duties include:
    • Monitor and coach team members
    • Provide and monitor the team for grammatically correct and effective writing communication that conforms to set business standards
    • Assist with team training and development
    • Assist team manager with special projects
