U-Haul International is seeking a Payroll Tax Specialist to join the Payroll Administration team. This individual will be responsible for reconciling various payroll deductions, accounts, inspect system output such as registers and standard reports, determining and correcting out-of-balance conditions, preparing and filing tax reports, and administration/maintenance of all team member non-voluntary deductions including Child Support, Levies, Bankruptcies, Garnishments, etc. The Payroll Tax Specialist will also answer inquiries from various departments, field entities and government agencies as well as act as a liaison between team member and federal, state, provincial and local agencies.
This individual will be required to keep abreast of federal, state, provincial and local taxing regulations and laws.
  • Associates degree preferred or 2-4 years of payroll tax experience
  • Experience with Workday a plus
